Alison Brie has undergone a massive hair transformation (and we absolutely adore it)

It is seriously gorgeous.

When a new season arrives, many of Hollywood's most famous faces opt to switch things up with their hair. Whether it's going for the chop; going much, much longer or switching up their colour, it feels like there's always a new 'do on show. The latest familiar face switching this up is Alison Brie, from Netflix's Glow. From Glow's Zoya the Destroya to Community's Annie, the actress has sported a number of different hairstyles in the past. But her new 'do - in particular, the colour - is a huge change and we absolutely adore it. The actress showed off her blonde hairstyle on Instagram, revealing that the switch was due to a role. She captioned the photo:

"When your husband asks you to “go blonde” for a role...you say yes."

And while she didn't specify which role the new 'do was for, she is currently set to star in The Rental - which her husband, Dave Franco, wrote and is directing. Earlier this year, it was announced that Dan Stevens, Sheila Vand and Jeremy Allen White would also star in the film. Deadline report that The Rental is a "character-driven horror thriller" which is about two couples, who recent a seemingly-idyllic vacation home for what is meant to be a relaxing weekend away. Franco told the publication he “couldn’t be more excited about partnering with Black Bear and to be working with such an amazing group of actors for my directorial debut.”
