Demi Lovato has gone for a dramatic new hair change (and we adore it)

OK, this is seriously cool.

When a new season arrives, many of Hollywood's most famous faces opt to switch things up with their hair. Whether it's going for the chop; going much, much longer or switching up their colour, it feels like there's always a new 'do on show. The latest famous face to switch things up is Demi Lovato, who is giving us some serious hair inspiration. The Confident singer - who has often switched her look up in the past - has been growing out her hair over the last little while. However, earlier this week, she went for the chop - and ended up with a blunt, fresh-looking bob. After documenting the change on her Instagram Stories, the singer shared an up-close look of her new 'do on her Instagram feed. "New hair wassupppp," she captioned the photos. According to Popsugar, Amber Maynard Bolt from the LA-based Nine Zero One Salon is behind Demi's new look. She told the publication:

"Demi has been feeling great and wanted something to represent that. "She's been wearing extensions and growing her hair out for a while, so this was a nice change up,  while keeping her classic and beautiful!"

The hairstylist added that the change was a "natural progression" for the 26-year-old. She continued:

“What inspired the cut simply was change! She’s a hair chameleon.”
