2. Go over it with a black eyeshadow.
Once you've lined with your waterproof, take a black shadow and your angle brush and press it into the waterline to hold it in place.
3. Create a powder barrier.
Finally, seal the deal with a translucent powder. Many of us are guilty of haphazardly swooshing our powder all over our faces with a big fluffy brush. But for maximum impact, take a sponge or a puff and press (don't wipe) the product into the area just below the eyes where the liner tends to run.
It may take a little longer in the morning, but it definitely saves time on touch-ups during the day.
