This drink is the secret to amazing hair (and we don’t know how we feel)

Every day we hear about a new tip or trick that is guaranteed to give you great hair but we don’t know how we feel about this latest one. According to Marie Claire, red wine is the secret to fabulous-looking hair. Unfortunately, though, that doesn’t mean drinking a glass of vino every night, it means applying it directly. Celebrity hairstylist John Blaine told the publication that red wine is so good for your locks that he has incorporated it into his new range called ‘Vine de la Vie.’

The entire range contains wine extract which has polyphenols which are said to repair damaged hair and strengthen it. While we reckon that the theory behind the claim does seem reasonable, we’re not sure how we feel about rubbing our favourite tipple into our scalp rather than sipping it down our throats!
