While Kylie has admitted to lip fillers, the other sisters are still under scrutiny for their flawless hair, skin and figures. One sister who seems to prefer the more natural methods when it comes to beauty is Kourtney Kardashian. The mother of three is known for her unusual practices when it comes to keeping her skin and hair in the best condition, even recommending household items such as honey and avocado as remedies. According to Cosmopolitan, the Kardashian star keeps premium care of her arse by a very common excercise - squats. The flawless 37-year-old said that before every shower, she takes the time to do 100 squats.

"No matter what, I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower because I won't forget... "It's like my time. I'm about to get in the shower, and I just do 100 squats."

100? I doubt I can even do 10! To be fair, that probably does explain why she looks like this all the time...
