Penneys is selling an excellent dupe of MAC’s Velvet Teddy for €3

We all love a MAC lippy. Sometimes (when we think we're flush with money - and we're very clearly not) we buy one just because we like the colour... and then probably use it about twice in our lifetime. However, one MAC lipstick colour which has proven its popularity over the years is the shade Velvet Teddy. It seems to match every skin tone, can be worn during the day time and night time, and basically, is loved by all. So, we're all pretty delighted to see that Penneys is doing a dupe of the lippy for €3 - a fraction of the price and a TOTAL bargain.
