Applied to your roots pre-exercise, it works wonders at soaking up perspiration which hopefully makes the post-rescue hair operation much easier.
At the very least, your scalp will soak some of the sweat up and you'll be able to get from A to B much quicker.
Note that this isn't recommended on a regular basis as sweat, even minimal amounts can clog pores, leading to breakouts, not ideal.
Not to mention the fact that dry shampoo can irritate your scalp when overused.
That said, it's a very useful tip to have when you're in a hurry and of course, you can always wash your hair later on.
