Add us as a preferred source on Google »Gilmore Girls is that one show I can re-watch time and time again. It's comforting, it's heartwarming, and full of wit and pop-culture references.
It has been my go-to comfort show for years now, but there are so many shows I've been skipping because I'm an avid re-watcher.
However, I recently spotted another show, led by Gilmore Girls actress Lauren Graham, that I've been eager to check out.
Parenthood was recently added to Netflix, and Gilmore Girls fans are bound to love it.
The American drama series follows the Braverman siblings as they experience the highs and lows of parenthood.
'The multigenerational Braverman family, who live in California, struggle with the challenges of marriage, raising their children, and supporting each other through tough times.'
With six seasons and 103 episodes to keep you pleasantly entertained, Parenthood is the perfect show to tune into if you're looking for a new drama series to watch.
Viewers have described it as both heartwarming, emotional, and at times, corny, but it's the ideal show to tune into if you're searching for something similar to Gilmore Girls.
One viewer wrote, "It’s a really sweet and unique show about getting through highs and hardships together. I’ve never seen anything like it, I’m absolutely hooked on it."
"I just finished watching Parenthood, and I honestly didn’t expect it to move me the way it did. This show is one of the most touching, real, and beautifully written series I’ve ever seen," another said.
Parenthood is on Netflix now.
