Actress Kaley Cuoco has announced that she is engaged to boyfriend Karl Cook. She has been dating Karl, who is a professional equestrian, for two years. He popped the question on her 32nd birthday at their home in LA. He managed to capture her reaction and she posted it to Instagram while announcing the news. She said, "Still crying, every part of this night has been perfection just like you @mrtankcook I love you forever!" The poor girl can barely talk she is crying so much.

He followed up with a sweet video of them hugging, saying, "In life, there is nothing like dancing right after getting engaged.
