One of our fave Christmas movies EVER is on telly tonight… who cares if it’s October

Look, it's not even Halloween yet - we get it - but what do you want us to say? One of the greatest Christmas films of all time is on the telly tonight and whether you support it or not, we'll be watching it. Yes, tonight, E4 faces the wrath of its viewers as it airs a Christmas movie in October but what a great one to choose. Home Alone has earned a spot on everyone's top ten list of festive movies thanks to the lovable Kevin McCallister and his antics. Tonight, we get to relive the magic of the boy who was left to fend for himself after his family forgot to bring him on their holiday to Paris. After Kevin is left behind, he spends the first few hours enjoying his freedom before he realises two burglars have targeted his family home. Well, you know how it goes from there - booby traps, plenty of injuries and that catchphrase - it's all just class. Whether or not you're one of those people who starts celebrating Christmas from October, you have to admit you'd be tempted to watch this tonight. Home Alone is on at 8pm on E4 tonight.
