Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry could be reuniting for a TV show

We really hope this happens.

Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry could be signing up for the same TV show, if bosses have anything to do with it. The Great American Baking Show is looking to bring the two together for the next series. Speaking about the show, ABC Networks boss, Channing Dungey, said:

"Audiences really get excited about the contestants and the way in which the show unfolds. The format is not that different from the British version but I think viewers respond to the hosts and the people we have here. We are excited about the way we are doing the show here in America.”

Meanwhile, a source told The Sun, that they are trying to make Paul and Mary's schedule's work for the show. They said:

"The Mary and Paul combo is a winning formula and American bosses are well aware of that. They saw how much of a success Bake Off was on the BBC and are keen to recreate it."

Paul was the judge on the most recent series in America, but it was pulled after just two episodes when his fellow judge Johnny Iuzzini was accused of inappropriate sexual conduct. Paul and Mary were half of the ultimate dream team. Together with Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc, they were the perfect combination. So, when all of them, bar Paul, announced they were leaving The Great British Bake Off, as it made its way from the BBC to Channel 4, our hearts broke. Now, with the possibility of this new show, fans will be able to see them together once more. Now, all they need to do is get Mel and Sue on board and they will have a full house.
