Add us as a preferred source on Google »The teaser trailer for The Devil Wears Prada 2 is finally here.
Anne Hathaway, who is celebrating her 43rd birthday today, dropped the trailer on her Instagram this evening.
The actress, who plays Andy in the iconic film, wrote: "It’s everyone’s birthday," alongside the first glimpse at the highly anticipated movie.
In the clip, we see a pair of red heels walking across the floors of the Runway office. Miranda then appears in a lift, sunglasses on, of course, but is then joined by Andy Sachs.
She turns to her former assistant and quips, "Took you long enough," before Andy puts her own sunglasses on.
Fans don't have too long to wait as Anne Hathaway has confirmed the sequel to the popular 2006 film will be released on May 1st, 2026.
Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci are all confirmed to be returning for the sequel.
Kenneth Branagh has also been added to the slate and is due to play Miranda Priestley’s husband.
The Meryl Streep classic has been a comfort movie of ours ever since it was released in 2006.
The sequel sees Anne Hathaway's Andy return to Runway, with many people believing Andy may be taking over as editor.
Meryl Streep’s character was determined not to leave the publication when we last saw her, but it’s been 20 years since the original film, and it may be time for Miranda to retire.
Others think she may be teaming up with Miranda to help the editor save the print magazine in a digital-obsessed world.
