The dangers of consuming too much sugar includes things like tooth decay, prolonged hunger, weight gain, diabetes, heart disease, and various other issues.

Cereal is fine - just not every morning. Swapping that first meal of the day from a sugary bowl of milk and cereal to something like an omelette with set you up better for the day.
2) Track your sugar intake.

3) Quit shop-bought fruit juice.
You might think you're being healthy by drinking some OJ in the mornings but most generic juices are massively high in sugar. Stick to eating fruit or squeezing citrus fruits in your water. Or even make your own smoothie/juice at home to avoid the added sugar.
