Fancy working out with the Body Coach in Dublin next week?

Talk about motivation.

If you've ever daydreamed about getting in a fitness session with Joe Wicks, AKA the Body Coach, well dream no more. The man behind the Lean in 15 phenomenon will be in Dublin next weekend for WellFest in Herbert Park. He'll take to the stage to lead a HIIT workout at the event, which takes place on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 May. The festival's co-founder Katie Ryan said it's a strong line-up this year.

 “The festival is now in its third year, and is established as a ‘must-attend’ event for those with an interest in their personal fitness and health".

Other health and fitness stars set to make an appearance include best-selling authors The Happy Pear, athlete Derval O'Rourke and Conor McGregor's coach John Kavanagh. WellKids will offer a younger audience the chance to try different forms of exercise, yoga and mindfulness and WellFood, will be an expanded food space dedicated to cooking and healthy food demonstrations.
