Speaking about their AquaPole class, instructor Jodie Chandler told The Daily Mail Australia:
"It is fun and it’s such a wonderful activity because it’s moving the gym into the water and you can use the resistance in the water but be stable with the pole.Adding that extra dimension to exercise brings new life for the younger generation because up until a few ago, water exercises such as water aerobics were considered, you know, grannies’ activities."
Now, if only an Irish swimming pool were to hop on this trend.
