An unnamed actor has been killed while filming a music video in Australia

An actor has died after being shot on the set of a music video.

The unnamed actor, a man who is believed to be in his 20s, was shot in the chest while filming the music video in a bar in Australia. His name has not yet been released. According to The BBC, local detective Tom Armitt confirmed that several firearms were discharged on set during filming but that it's unclear how the victim sustained injuries. He said:

"At this point in time, Queensland Police are conducting a criminal investigation. We do not know specifically how those injuries occurred and that'll be [the] subject of our investigation."

The incident occurred in Brooklyn Standard bar in Brisbane. They've released a statement on their Facebook page confirming that the bar will remain closed following the incident to allow police conduct their investigation.
