Met Éireann is predicting that it could get as cold as -2C tonight, though it'll be milder in some places and up to 4 to 6C in Atlantic coastal areas.
Little rain is expected.
The cold snap overnight is expected to bring plenty of frost across the country, so make sure to take it easy if you're travelling on the roads late tonight and early tomorrow.
Things should pick up over the weekend, as high pressure tomorrow will bring mild, more settled weather.
It'll be all change before the weekend is out as we're due heavy rain on Sunday.
