The courier service issued a warning to customers this morning.
They stated: "Service Update: Due to ongoing fuel protests, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our services in the Republic of Ireland on Saturday, 11th April."
They added, "We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time."
It is understood that the Irish Government will meet with various organisations, including the IRHA, the IFA, and ICMSA, this afternoon.
Simon Harris said the blocking of fuel is a "sinister" attack.
"The blocking of the distribution of fuel is a sinister and despicable attack on our economy and our society. This is not a lawless country. The laws of the land must and will be applied without fear.
"At a time of a major global energy crisis, blocking fuel from getting to people who badly need it is appalling in every sense and inflicts damage on our country and on individual people and businesses. It cannot be tolerated."
The fuel protests have now entered their fourth day, with widespread disruption across the country, particularly in Dublin city.
Blockades remain in place on major streets, including Dublin's O'Connell Street, as well as on roads across the country and motorways nationwide.
Protests are also taking place at refinery plants and fuel depots nationwide, meaning fuel trucks cannot enter or exit.
Public transport has also been deeply impacted by the protests, with Dublin Bus issuing an update today.
"Road closures remain in place this morning as a result of a protest. We are experiencing service disruptions across the Dublin Bus network. Please allow additional travel time."
Hundreds of forecourts across Ireland are now without fuel due an increase in people panic buying fuel.
