According to the Irish Mirror, the €20,949 prize needs to be claimed by Monday, February 3 - a little over two weeks from now.
The draw occurred on Tuesday, 5 November, and a player in the Swords area of North Dublin is believed to be in possession of the winning ticket.
National Lottery spokesperson Emma Monaghan said: "We are still hoping to hear from a EuroMillions player in Swords who won €20,949 by matching five numbers in the Tuesday, 5th of November draw.
"The winning ticket was purchased at Tuthills Swords, Pavillions Shopping Centre," she added. "As ticket holders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize, the last date to claim is Monday, 3rd February.
