Finally! The weather report we’ve all been waiting on

Grab a jacket, and head outside today.

Because for one, it doesn't look totally miserable. We've had a fair few weeks of crappy weather, with all the rain, wind and storms, but it finally looks like we're in for some nice weather today. As well as temperatures rising, it also won't be lashing out every five minutes... so at least that's something, right?

According to Met Éireann: "Scattered showers will continue to occur across the west and midwest but otherwise the day will be dry with hazy sunshine and mixed cloud. Milder than recent with highs of 7 to 10 degrees in light southwesterly breezes." Only a few scattered showers! Sure, be grand. And as for tonight: "Clear this evening but cloud will increase overnight with outbreaks of rain spreading across west-Munster and Connacht later. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees." OK, so it's not absolutely great, but it's not absolutely terrible either. We'd say make the most of it and head out for the day!
