Gardai Launch Investigation As Loaded Shotgun Found In Dublin Luas Locker

A shotgun, along with  ammunition was discovered at the Luas depot this weekend in Dublin.  The firearm was discovered during a routine maintenance check at the depot near the Red Cow roundabout, along with twenty rounds of ammunition. According to The Herald, officers from Clondalkin are investigating the find, which happened at around 3:30pm on Saturday 21st November. Staff were reportedly going through lockers to free up space, and found the shotgun in an unused locker with no workers' name attached. A source told the paper: "This isn't somebody that hasn't used a gun before. "Somebody cut the gun properly.
