Puppy handed in to garda station after taking bus from Limerick to Dublin

If you're feeling a bit fragile this Saturday morning, then this might just make you shed a tear. Gardaí in Dublin have tweeted about a dog who was handed in to the station after he traveled to the capital from Limerick. The dog, a terrier cross, was handed into Pearse St Garda Station on Saturday morning after he snuck onto the bus at the University of Limerick. He's thought to have gotten on the 6am bus. Anyone with information has been asked to get in contact with Gardaí at Pearse Street at 01 6669000,

It comes as a "lovely young pup" presented himself at Dundrum Garda Station to report "his owner missing" last month. According to the Gardaí, the lost pooch reported "his owner missing" and they are currently on the lookout to find who the doggo belongs to.

They tweeted:

This friendly dog has been handed into Irishtown Garda Station approximately 20 minutes ago. He was found on Strand Road, Dublin 4 by a concerned member of the public. He is extremely friendly and looking for his owner ! Contact Irishtown Garda station 01 6669600 pic.twitter.com/KQR7eomt1C

And another "friendly dog" was handed into Irishtown Garda Station last month. Gardaí said:
