Add us as a preferred source on Google »Roz Purcell has shared a glimpse of her Irish honeymoon with followers after tying the knot with her husband, Zach Desmond, in an intimate wedding ceremony.
Back in August 2023, the RTÉ 2FM presenter announced her engagement to her partner, Zach Desmond. The couple, who have been together since 2016, got engaged during a visit to the Cliffs of Moher.
Roz Purcell recently told her Instagram followers that their wedding would take place in May, before revealing that she and Zach had already tied the knot in a more intimate ceremony in Dublin.
Just days after their intimate ceremony, the couple travelled to Connemara to enjoy a few days away.
The newlyweds appeared to be enjoying some relaxed, post-wedding days at the Ballynahinch Castle Hotel.

Sharing some sweet snaps to her Instagram, Roz wrote: “24 hours in Connemara. Supposedly, I’m giving Victoria from Twilight today.”
The Ballynahinch Castle estate boasts breathtaking views of the Twelve Bens mountain range, 16 km of private walking trails, and a beautifully renovated walled garden that supplies fresh fruit to the kitchens.

Last week, Roz confessed to her followers that the couple is planning a bigger wedding party in May.
“For two people who wanted to elope and just have one very small affair, we’re now having two," Roz admitted.
She continued: “By the way, I think a lot of people will be like ‘Roz, where were your dogs today?’ The dogs are coming to the wedding in May.
“I didn’t bring them to this one because I would just worry about them being in the city centre. I know for a fact I wouldn’t be able to concentrate on getting married.
“I’d be like ‘what if they get off the lead and they run out into the street?’ because my mind works in worst-case scenarios. They’re playing a very big part in the May wedding.”
Roz also briefly opened up about her dress, revealing that she took a leap of faith by ordering it online.
“Today I’m wearing this vintage dress, halter neck, I got it online and was so afraid, obviously I never tried it on,” Roz said. “It arrived, and it’s amazing, it’s such great quality.”
