It seems as if Ireland's prayers have been answered, as fan favourite Paudie from The Traitors Ireland will make a return to our screens very soon.
Paudie and his son Andrew will be special guests on Gogglebox Ireland this Wednesday (22 October).
The iconic father-son duo captured hearts across the nation with their hilarious one-liners and witty comments about the other traitors.
Since the Irish version of the show aired, Paudie has been poised for fame as he became Ireland's favourite player on the show.
Paudie was one of the original Traitors, and it's clear to say the country went into complete meltdown when he was eliminated.
However, there's no need to fret anymore as Paudie, his son Andrew, and daughter Aoife will be special guests on Gogglebox Ireland.
Paudie has since expressed his excitement for the show, he said: "I’m really looking forward to doing Gogglebox, it’s always a real favourite in our house," per Evoke.ie.
"Watching telly and eating biscuits with my children Aoife and Andrew without having to wear a cloak, hug a stranger or plot a murder will be a lovely, relaxing change from my last time on telly."
So, if you don't want to miss Paudie on telly this week, tune into Gogglebox Ireland on Wednesday at 9 pm on Virgin Play and Virgin Media One.
