The My Therapist Ghosted Me presenter told her followers that she's finding it incredibly hard to sleep at the moment due to pregnancy sickness.
She admitted that the age-old advice of "sleeping before the baby comes" doesn't ring true when you're struggling to get more than six hours of sleep per night.
She shared, "When people tell you to get sleep before the baby comes! I honestly think it’s harder to sleep the more pregnant you are. Had a shocker last night, so many wake-ups because I feel sick and it can keep me up."
Vogue said she has been napping during the day to cope with the lack of sleep in her third trimester.
"Double nap day, one before a pod and one after. I realise I am sleep obsessed but what is your average hours of sleep a night???"
Vogue's followers praised her for being so honest about her pregnancy, with many agreeing that they're also struggling to get any shut-eye during their final few months of pregnancy.
One mum wrote, "With you third trimester here and never wake up feeling I’ve slept."
"Sleeping way better 3 weeks postpartum than I was the whole pregnancy!" another said.
One added, "7 months pregnant here and my weekly average is between 5 and 6hrs kip a night."
Vogue Williams and her husband Spencer Matthews revealed they were expecting their fourth child together in April.
They are already parents to two sons, Theodore and Otto, and a daughter, Gigi.
