Penneys is selling €19 raincoats in TWO different colours (because we all need one now)

It's raining, it's pouring.

Yep, it seems like the rain has officially returned to Ireland and tbh, we're not even mad. The country needed a little bit of water, right? What we are mad about is the weather not making up its mind and deciding to change at any given moment. We wear a heavy jacket one day, only for the sun to shine down on us... so the next day we wear something light and the rain pours down. That happen to anyone else or just us? What we really need is a raincoat that is light enough so it won't have us sweating, but will also keep us dry when it's lashing.
