Kym Marsh Breaks Silence on Relationship Troubles

Kym Marsh has spoken out about taking some time out from her relationship with Dan Hooper. The singer-turned-soap-star opened up about the couple’s decision to reassess their romance in her latest column for OK! magazine. Kym and Dan are taking a break (image via Twitter). She revealed: “It’s been a really tough and upsetting time. It was a really difficult decision for us both to make but something that we mutually felt we had to do, as we both needed some space. “We’ve been in contact daily though. We needed to take a step back, have some time on our own and figure out where things have gone wrong and see if we can fix it – I hope that we can.” She is best known for starring in Corrie (image via ITV). The Coronation Street star, who was wearing her engagement ring at the British Soap Awards over the weekend, added that she and Dan are still very much together. “I’ve said in the past that I’ve felt happier with Dan than with anyone and that’s true,” she explained. “But issues come up in relationships and you have to try and deal with them.”
