Appearing as “America’s New First Lady", Kim looks absolutely stunning as she appears on the cover of Interview magazine with four-year-old daughter, North West.
In this classic 1950's style shoot, Kim channels her inner Jackie O posing for a series of 18 photographs beside her mini-me which will all appear in the magazine.
Shot by Steven Klein, the images are absolutely beautiful and very different to any shoot we have ever seen the 36-year-old do before. Wearing plenty of timeless, fitted pieces, Kim wears a white classical H&M Studio collection dress on the cover of the magazine.
Speaking in a statement, Steven, who has worked with Kim on numerous projects said: "For this shoot I wanted to capture feminine beauty as an expression of empowerment and self-respect. Also, to highlight Kim in a chic manner that is retrospective of a time and yet modern. As a model, Kim is a chameleon. She can easily change accordingly to the set intention and with little effort. It is her gift: her innate relationship to the camera. A muse of modern times.”
And it looks like the fans are absolutely loving it too, with the shoot receiving a massive thumbs up on Twitter. Maybe Kimmy will keep the pearls and swap her slick straight hair for this tousled bob instead? We LOVE it.
Just saw those @KimKardashian and North photos , they soooo cute ????? I want a daughter .
