It's been a rough few weeks for ol' Chesney Brown as he's been pining over Gemma Winter since the beginning of time, totally unbeknownst to her. Finally plucking up the courage to ask Gemma on a date, the whole thing gets a bit muddled and Gemma's left confused and absolutely not understanding that they're actually going on a date, which is unfortunate because she does actually like Chesney herself. She's so confused, in fact, that she ends up shifting some lad called Spike right in front of poor Ches. Honestly mate, no worse feeling. ... Except there is, because then Chesney ends up going on a literal double date with Gemma, Spike, and Emma, just so he'll have someone to sit with, really. But then things get even more complicated when Emma starts to develop feelings for Chesney. And can you blame her to be honest? Just look at that face. Adorable. Chesney and Emma agree to start a fake romance so Chesney can get in a bit of practice before making his move, but also just because he wants to make Gemma jealous, we're guessing. Also sorry, but who named these characters Gemma and Emma? Was this a happy coincidence or did the mother of all brainstorms go down and this is what emerged as a likely scenario for a real life love quadrangle? Because we're into it.
