Elisabeth Moss hid this secret message to Trump in her Emmy outfit

The hidden message wasn’t noticed on the night.

Elisabeth Moss took home one of the big awards of the night, winning the award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama for her role in The Handmaid’s Tale. However, while news of her win dominated our social media feeds for most of yesterday, another story about the star’s successful night was revealed today. Style spotting is the sport favoured by many at red carpet events, however, we don’t think many spotted this detail from Elisabeth’s Emmy’s ensemble.

The actress has been vocal about her disapproval of the US president in the past, and it seems she hid a little message to him in her awards show outfit. The woman who styled Elisabeth for the big night shared a picture of one-half of the hidden message on her social media and told followers to guess the rest.

“You’ll have to guess what the other shoe says… our note to the patriarchy,” wrote the designer.
