According to reports, actress Camille Razat won't be part of season five.
The French actress is best known for playing Emily's 'frenemy' Camille on the show.
The actress said she is stepping away from the show in a statement to TVLine.
"After an incredible journey, I’ve made the decision to step away from Emily in Paris. It has been a truly wonderful experience — one filled with growth, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
"I’m deeply grateful to Darren Star and the entire team at Netflix and Paramount for their trust and for giving me the opportunity to bring Camille to life and leaving the door open for her return, as she will always be a part of Emily In Paris world.”
Speaking about the character, creator Darren Star told Tudum that some characters come and go.
Darren Star told The Wrap: "Characters can come in and out of a series, but you don’t necessarily have to see them. We may or may not.
"I don’t know how much of Camille we’ll see next season. But again, she’s part of the world of the series. I’m not sure how soon we’ll see her, but it doesn’t mean, again, that we won’t be seeing her."
He said Camille may return again in the future and didn't rule her out completely.
"I think she’s always going to be part of the series — she’s part of their world, and I would never rule out the fact that we’re going to see her again. Her story is going to continue."

Netflix has not confirmed a release date for season five, but Star is hopeful about the show's future.
He previously told Deadline, "I definitely think the show has a life beyond next season. There’s no end in sight until everybody feels like it’s time to end."
At the end of season four, Camille packed up after failing to win Gabriel's heart. Her character lied about being pregnant in a bid to get the chef back.
Lily Collins (Emily Cooper), Lucas Bravo (Gabriel), Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu (Sylvie Grateau), and Ashley Park (Mindy Chen) are all returning for season five.
Samuel Arnold (Julien), Bruno Gouery (Luc) and William Abadie (Antoine Lambert), and Lucien Laviscount (Alfie) are also returning.
