Eva Price’s shock return to Corrie this week is going to upset a lot of people

Things gon' get emotional.

Eva Price hasn't really been having the best time of it at all lately. She's had her baby stolen from her, she's lost Aidan O'Connor to suicide, she's had to leave the cobbles. It just hasn't really been the best time of it, to be honest. And things aren't about to get much better either as the new mum has to return to Weatherfield this week to take care of some unfinished business. ... Or everything will be pretty much fine and just a bit emotional but either way, it's going to be dramatic. This week, Eva returns pretty much just after she left to attend the inquest into Aidan's death. Johnny is absolutely delighted that she's there due to the fact that he's mad to see baby Susie again, but Eva just wants to give her evidence and say an emotional goodbye to Kate. The intense emotion doesn't stop there though because Johnny even takes it upon himself to apologise to Eva for taking her baby which, yeah, in fairness he absolutely should do. After this, Toyah then tries to convince Eva to stay but she's having none of it saying that her leaving would be best for anybody. And it probably would too... but if Johnny can steal baby Susie because he doesn't want to lose her, how's he going to cope when she's actually gone? Grim enough scenario, to be honest. Coronation Street continues tonight at 7.30pm and 8.30pm.
