Add us as a preferred source on Google »It's officially time to say goodbye to Joe Goldberg as the final season of You has landed on Netflix.
We binge-watched all ten episodes of the chilling Netflix series over the weekend and were pretty disappointed by the show's big farewell.
And it looks like we weren't the only ones.
It felt both lacklustre, predictable, and at points a little cringey. The show was thriving for the first three seasons, but did Netflix mess up by dragging it out to season five?
Many viewers felt like the finale was a let down with some even comparing it to the disappointing Game of Thrones finale.
Many viewers admitted the final season of the Netflix hit was a disappointment, and others even said it should've ended after season three.
Finished You last night and easily the worst season. Joe’s demise at the hands of some obsessed, bored, revenge seeking (rightfully so) catfishing tiktokers was kinda lazy imo

One fan wrote, "Just like how the final episodes of Game of Thrones were total crap, You is another show that started off great and ended with a shitty finale."
"The final season of You was SO BAD. Predictable, underwhelming, also there was no need to introduce a new character and give her so much screen time," another wrote.
One said, "YOU S5 is officially the worst season and worst finale of any show. Instead of it being dark, it gives a happy ending to literally everyone."
Series finale for You is historically bad.
