John Mayer responds to Katy Perry calling him her ‘best lover’

Remember when Katy Perry ranked her ex-boyfriends based on their performance in bed?

Well, things got very awkward when one of those ex-boyfriends, Diplo, hit back at the songstress saying they never actually slept together. That’s one way to deal with an ex, but we prefer John Mayer’s way. Katy ranked John number one on her list of lovers, and when he was asked about it in an interview recently, the singer remained respectful and diverted the conversation saying he's too busy to talk about his relationship history. “I don’t have a cool-enough thought for you,” he told Rolling Stone magazine. “I’ve hacked this game. I pay very little of the price of fame now. “I get to play the music that moves me the most. I’m having the time of my life. “I’m 39 – I remember 32. I don’t want to do it again.” John and Katy dated on and off for three years until 2015.
