Netflix finally releases teaser trailer for the final season of You

Netflix is releasing the new season of You in April

There are just weeks to go until the final season lands on the streaming service.

Ahead of the show's release, Netflix has given fans a glimpse at the final season and it looks better than ever.

Joe is now back living in New York with his wife Kate.

In the clip, the couple appears to be living in luxury after returning home to New York.

Alongside a short snippet from the show, Netflix wrote: "Well, well, well, if it isn’t the luckiest guy in New York? Joe Goldberg returns for the fifth and final season of YOU, 24 April."

The final season of You sees Joe finally get his happily ever after. However, things don't stay perfect for too long when he's haunted by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires.

Speaking about the final season of the hit Netflix show, Penn Badgley told Tudum:

"Every season they manage to find new space to make it interesting and relevant."

"And this season, I think somehow coming back to where it started allowed for it to just become grounded in the way that it needs to also have this kind of spectacular finish."

The final season of You airs on Netflix on April 24th. The fifth and final season of You will feature ten episodes.
