This new Netflix property show will fill that ‘Selling Sunset’ void in your life

Same show, different location.

Ok, it's not exactly the same show... but it is a reality TV show that's filled with ridiculously attractive property brokers racking up millions in commission. You say tomato, etc. If, like us, you're struggling with a 'Selling Sunset' shaped hole in your life then we've got just the show for you. 'Million Dollar Beach House' debuts on Netflix on August 26th and you guessed it, it's all about luxury homes that most of us will never step foot in (let alone own) during our lifetime. Set in the fiercely competitive confines of The Hamptons in New York, this show give Beverly Hills a run for its money when it comes to luxury. The Hamptons is a string of communities and hamlets on the eastern edge of Long Island, it's know for its affluent New York City residents, celebrity properties and long stretches of picturesque beaches. Can it top our favourite Beverly Hills real estate agents though? That is the question. Netflix released a teaser trailer recently and suffice to say we're intrigued... check it out below. From the trailer it's definitely worth a look if you've been hooked on 'Selling Sunset' which still has no concrete release date for season four. Plans for the next season of the hit show were impacted by the coronavirus and production has been stalled until it's safe to return. In an interview with Grazia, Christine Quinn explained that there's a massive production crew working on the show and health and safety, of course, needs to be a priority:

"Unfortunately it has been affected. So usually we get picked up after the show airs, you know, we'll hear some information, some rumblings. ... I think we're definitely going to get picked up. But everything has been set back due to COVID."

So, could 'Million Dollar Beach House' be the answer? Will a cast member of this show give us as much joy as Christine Quinn? Potentially not... but we'll be sure to binge the whole thing from start to finish just in case.
