The new trailer for Blue Planet just dropped and we’re so excited to watch it

There's one major difference though.

When you think of Blue Planet, you think of two things. You think of the amazing world in our oceans, and all the wonders that are right below us but we never knew of. And, David Attenborough. He is Blue Planet. However, in the next instalment of the show, he will be notably missing.

This series is a little bit different, as it will be presented by Liz Bonnin, Chris Packham and Steve Backshall. They will also be live episodes and will take place in East Coast, USA; the Bahamas; and Australia's Great Barrier Reef. Charlotte Moore, BBC Director of Content, said: "Blue Planet Live will thrill the millions of viewers who discovered so much from last year's ground breaking series that shocked the nation. "BBC One continues to lead that conversation as we travel live around the globe to witness first hand the magnificent marine life within our oceans and wake up to one of the biggest environmental crisis of our times." Blue Planet Live begins on Sunday, 24th March on BBC One at 8pm.
