‘I have no regrets about what I did’… the first Islander has just waved goodbye to the villa

It's time to say goodbye.

Yes, tonight we saw our first elimination of the series from the Love Island villa and unfortunately, it was Kendall who was left single and saying goodbye. Although many viewers believed Kendall needed to leave Love Island and "focus on herself and heal" - having just left a serious relationship where she was engaged and set to marry, fans were still sad to see her go.

And now, Kendall has spoken exclusively to 3e about her experience in the villa. She said:

"I am a little bit gutted to be the first one out. I won’t lie, it’s not nice being the first one out, but I do feel positive that I did everything I wanted to do, and I stood my ground, and I have no regrets about what I did."

Continuing she said if she was to turn back the clock there is nothing she would of done differently however, she admitted that if the ball was in her court and it was the girls leading the coupling this week, she would of chosen Adam.

"I would have chosen Adam, definitely. I think we had the most connection. We were both attracted to each other. If I saw him on the outside, of course I would say hello and be polite, he hasn’t done anything wrong other than going with his gut and choosing Rosie. He was definitely my type though, had I seen him in a bar on the outside world, he was someone I would have gone for." The 26-year-old added.

Lastly, Kendall shared her thoughts on which Love Island couple has what it takes to win the show, saying all her bets are on Jack and Dani.

"I think Dani and Jack will get to the final, definitely. I would hope Alex would find someone, and it would be so nice to see him get to the final. He’s so lovely, he needs to find someone that’s right for him."
