This pregnancy storyline coming to Corrie looks set to be intense

It's all been happening on the cobbles this year. People have fought, people have made up, people have found out they've contracted HIV, people have married, people have laughed, people have cried, and lots and lots of people have wondered just why or earth Robert's hair got so white. It's been a wild ride and, unsurprisingly, 2018 doesn't look set to be any different on the drama front. ... Especially not now that there's talk of this shock pregnancy storyline. According to The Sun, Eva Price is going to discover that she's pregnant in the New Year... and she won't be entirely sure who the father is. This comes just months after Eva was exposed for having lied about being pregnant during her wedding. She was, understandably, mortified. This time, the pregnancy will be very much real and Eva, played by Catherine Tyldesley, won't know whether the father is Aidan Connor (Shayne Ward), or Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson). A source also told the publication that Eva will consider having an abortion due to the unplanned nature of the pregnancy. While this storyline has not been confirmed by Corrie producers, it would make sense considering both Tyldesley and Ward are going to be leaving the soap later this year. In a statement a few weeks ago, a representative for the show said:

"The producers and writers are currently working on her exit storyline which will be on screen in early summer."
