This isn't the only major revelation to have been made about the show recently, earlier this month Roscoe Crawford – a hairdresser from Scotland - explained that there's 24/7 supervision from a chaperone and contestants have regular room checks following their date to prevent ‘bad behaviour’.
The show's producers are so strict on contestants that he wasn’t even allowed to choose the clothes he wore during his appearance.

Male contestants are also chaperoned from the moment they pick a potential date, to avoid the two of them meeting before they are introduced in front of the cameras.
Roscoe told Glasgow Live: "We were all given a babysitter who went everywhere with us. "For the first two days the boys were together, we all flew out together and the girls were on a separate flight. "They do this so we can't speak to the girls and spoil any reactions or say anything bad because they want to catch everything on camera.”
