Scarlett Moffatt just shared a stunning throwback to motivate her ‘health kick’

Scarlett Moffatt is a Queen.

Since she blasted onto our screens on Gogglebox she's been going from strength to strength, winning I'm A Celeb and taking part in an abundance of TV shows. She has also been pretty open about her weight loss - and the struggles of it - over the past number of years. The reality star just shared a stunning throwback of her in a little red dress, saying it's her motivation to get back on a 'health kick'. Taking to Instagram, she shared the image, along with the caption: "Throw back - motivation for me to kick start my health kick." Scarlett has always looked beautiful in our eyes, but as we ourselves have indulged over the summer, it's the kick we all need to get back on the healthy bandwagon. Just last month, Scarlett was subjected to mean comments about her weight online. She took part on Love Island Aftersun, and after the show had to confront the haters. She wrote:

“I’m honestly ashamed of some people on here. "Hard to pretend I’m OK and be a good role model to others about how it’s OK to just be you when the comments from grown adults on here have resulted in me crying my eyes out! “I hope you’re very proud of yourselves.”

We've always been a fan of Scarlett and she'll forever be a Queen in our eyes.
