The sixth season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine was the first to air on NBC. It was originally cancelled by Fox on May 10, 2018, only to be picked up by NBC the following day for an 18-episode season. Season seven of Brooklyn Nine-Nine is currently airing in North America, with Oscar-winner J.K. Simmons set to guest star in one of the episodes.
