The simple advice Ant and Dec gave Scarlett Moffatt ahead of I’m A Celeb

With only days left until the new series kicks off, the TV star is sharing the advice she was given ahead of her I’m A Celeb hosting debut.

Scarlett Moffatt is taking on the hosting duties for the I’m A Celeb spin-off show, Extra Camp, this year, and is feeling the nerves of such a big gig. The 27-year-old has revealed that she turned to her fellow ITV presenters and hosting veterans, Ant and Dec, for advice and it was very simple words they had to share.

“They just said ‘be you’, which coming from them, when they are my absolute heroes, gives me the confidence to just be me,” the former Gogglebox star told Daily Star. “If they have faith in me, I must be doing something half decent.”

Scarlett also says that the duo took the time to visit her in her trailer to ask her how she was feeling ahead of final preparations for the premiere this Sunday.

“I had a little knock on my trailer and I was like, ‘I know that know!’”

Scarlett is well used to working with the pair as they asked her to join them on their hit show Saturday Night Takeaway after she was crowned Queen of the Jungle.
