The final trailer for Stranger Things’ season three hints at an unexpected villain

There's not long left to go now.

The third season fo Stranger Things is just a few weeks away and, honestly, we couldn't be more excited. But if the promise of more adventures in Hawkins wasn't enough, Netflix have released a brand new trailer for the series - and it looks like they may have revealed the new big bad. The footage kicks off with an ominous voice declaring:

“You let us in… and now you are going to have to let us stay."

Eleven then says that what has been going on "doesn't make sense", because she thought she had closed the gate to the Upside Down for good. [caption id="attachment_469714" align="alignnone" width="2048"] Stranger Things[/caption] But then Will wonders, "What if he never left? What if we locked him out here with us?” He then says that the monster may decide to "attach himself" to "a new host" - before the camera cuts to Billy Hargove looking...well, pretty evil. The ominous voice then promises:

“We are going to end you, we are going to end your friends… and then we are going to end everyone.”
