The training Meghan Markle has to complete before becoming a royal

Meghan Markle is going to be put through her paces during special military training with the British Special Air Service. The actress will have to undergo training to teach her how to react in the case of a hostage situation. Yes, Meghan will spend about a week learning the techniques royals are to use in the case of a hostage situation. From the distress signals she is to use if she is held against her will and is made to record a video, to basic psychology to help her deal with potential captors, the course is expected to be an intensive crash-course to help her prepare for the worst possible scenario. According to sources within the British Armed Forces, Meghan’s training will be geared toward helping her to be rescued rather than any combat or weapons training. The course is expected to take place at the Special Air Service base in Hereford. Princess Diana and Duchess Kate both completed the course before joining the royal family.
