Yet Another Familiar Face from The Voice May Be on the Way to The X Factor

On Saturday night The X Factor returned to our screens for the 2015 season and episode one was barely out of the gate before head judge Simon Cowell made a dig at rival show The Voice.  He must have seen something he liked though, because it seems he's been targeting some of the BBC talent lineup yet again. Legendary singer Sir Tom Jones formed part of the judging panel on The Voice until season four. The star was quick to express his displeasure at being unceremoniously dropped from the lineup, but now it appears Simon Cowell has offered a return to TV via The X Factor. Cowell is believed to have asked the Welsh singer, 75, to join him for the judges' houses portion of the competition. For the first time ever, that segment of the show will be broadcast live. Simon told The Mirror: "Tom’s come out of it well. I don’t blame the BBC for the way they did it.

"We all get a bit paranoid at times but he was dignified. He can come on one of the home shows this year."
