Well, it's probably the greatest diet hack of them all - the cheat meal.
There's some real science behind why cheating as part of your diet actually improves weight loss and fat loss.
But Adam - who went from having a beer belly and muffin tops - to being totally jacked, explains it far more simply.
"When you diet for a long period of time your body gets to a point where it won't lose any more weight. That's why bodybuilders have 'cheat meals' because it helps their bodies recover with all the protein. It also gives you energy to want to go and train and without it I wouldn't have got the body I wanted."Adam regularly does massive eating challenges on his YouTube channel - including nailing 155 McDonald's chicken nuggets in 50 minutes (nearly 7,000 calories in one sitting). He also did the 'world's biggest full English breakfast' - which weighed in at a belly-busting 16.5lbs. [caption id="attachment_52509" align="alignnone" width="712"]

Adam, who is a personal trainer, explained that not only has he lost weight - going from 13st to 11.5 st - but he's also cut down his body fat and improved his muscle mass.
Despite ploughing through these monstrous feats of eating, he's still managed to bring his body fat down from 25 per cent to an incredibly lean 8 per cent.
He has been hitting the weight for the past five years, which has helped him achieve this incredible body transformation.
"I wasn't in shape and wanted to get ripped and like the way I looked," he said. "I went to the gym six times a week for two hours at a time. I train all my muscles twice a week, except my legs.
The key to his diet is eating healthy and clean the majority of the time, which helps him lose weight and burn fat.

Rather than eat six small meals a day - like many people who train - he just eats one huge 3,500 calorie meal.
This consists of 1kg of yoghurt, four Weetabix, jelly, peanut butter, vegetables and four pieces of white fish in one sitting.
Training so hard at the gym while eating a strict diet during the week means that his fat-burning hormones and muscle glycogen are low - but these are replenished by the huge cheat meals he has.
He said: "I understand nutrition and what you can and cannot eat. When you know what you can get away with, it means that you can do challenges like this and it have no negative affect on your body.
"I'm not eating this food every day, and the rest of the time I'm healthy, so my insides are clean."10 effortless tips to level up your protein intake
