There will be 20 videos in total, each one a minute in length, that together will focus on the upper and lower body while also targetting core muscles and conditioning the entire body for a sleek and sculpted physique. Most importantly though, the goal is to be healthy in both body and mind. Four Raw Rebel trainers (one for each week) will help you through each and every workout too!
Better yet, if you want to try out training at RAW, the team there will give you a one day pass to do just that!
As part of the above #Trainfor20 challenge, RAW gyms will be releasing a video each weekday morning at 6am (20 days in total) on their website, their Instagram page and right here on Her.
During the #Trainfor20 challenge, there are a few superb weekend events you'll want to attend too! RAW Gyms is hosting its RAW Talk on Nutrition, the RAW Train with Special Guest, RAW Cook with Special Guest (Meal Prep) and to finish off — a RAW Rave for Halloween! And don't forget, tag an image of your workout using the hashtag #Trainfor20 on Instagram and you could win a whole host of prizes too!
