"I feel sad looking back, I wasted so many years putting myself down, missing opportunities and worst of all not being me around my friends and family," Roz revealed online as she discussed her once unhealthy relationship with food that would lead her to binge and purge on repeat.The entrepreneur went on to reveal that it has only been in the past two years that she feels confident about her body and the way she looks admitting that it has taken time to feel happy in her own skin.
"I can [now] confidently walk passed someone in a bikini or shorts and not cringe inside thinking that they're probably looking at all my stretch marks and cellulite."
The 28-year-old is now mainly vegan, opting for a vegan lifestyle Monday to Friday and notes that food prep is key for eating healthy and finds supplements helpful to fill in any nutritional gaps while on the go. She explained:
“For me, it’s really important to fuel my body to make sure it’s preforming at its best. That means a healthy diet, getting a good night’s sleep, making sure I’m drinking enough water and taking the right supplements that my body needs.
