1: Make time for people you like.
We're going to hit you with an amazing piece of advice here: you literally don't have to spend time with people you don't like. That's the beauty of being an adult ladies! If you spend time with people you don't particularly care for, ditch it for 2020. Use the extra time you have to enjoy the company of your favourite humans.
2: Spend time alone.
Speaking of spending time with people you love – in 2020, we're going to make more time for ourselves. It is so important for everyone to be able to enjoy their own company, so work on that in the coming year.
3: Be sound.
We all have those moments when we act like assholes, we're thinking less of that for 2020. Let's all make a genuine effort to be a little bit more sound to people.
4: Walk more.
Okay so there's no way we can commit to going to the gym and losing 14 stone, but we're going to do more walking. If it's a nice day, why not walk to work? Or even get off the bus a few stops early to stretch the legs! A bit of fresh air never hurt anyone.
5: Save a little here and there.
Will 2020 be the year we all save a deposit for a house? Absolutely not, and that's fine. However, we will make an effort to put a little bit of money aside here and there, without stressing ourselves too much.
Happy New Year folks!
